1. Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship pieces are sent within 3–5 business days.
For made-to-order or custom pieces, please allow additional time — we’ll communicate estimated shipping dates once your order is confirmed.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped securely via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Express in with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected delivery speed. We do our best to keep shipping costs reasonable while ensuring your jewelry arrives safely.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

RETURN POLICY
Every piece we create is crafted with care and intention. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
1. Return Timeframe
Because each piece is individually made and carefully packaged, returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your item.
2. Return Authorization
Please contact us before sending anything back to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This helps ensure your return is handled smoothly and without delay.

3. Condition of Returns
Items must arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging included. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
